WELCOME TO THE WOODLAND TABLE

Can a small voice hold the key?

Four delegates must agree on forest proposals. Their acorns are voting weights. A group passes when its total reaches the quota.

But weight and influence are different. A delegate is pivotal for a group if that group fails without them and passes when they join.

  1. Use − to return acorns to the basket, then + to give them to another delegate.
  2. Match all four gold target counts. Each delegate keeps 1–9 acorns. Use every acorn.
  3. Inspect the notebook to see all eight possible groups for one delegate. Gold rows are the groups they tip.

Example: the quota is 6, a group has 4, and Fox holds 2. Fox is pivotal for that group: 4 fails, but 4 + 2 passes.

There can be several correct arrangements. Nudges mark a gathering as assisted and award one ribbon star. Your best results save on this device.
